These Terms govern your use of The Best Country (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. What the Service is

The Best Country is an online entertainment platform where users can post short opinions about countries and back or challenge them with optional paid contributions. Each contribution is counted toward a public ranking. Rankings are generated solely from user contributions and are provided for entertainment purposes only. They do not represent any official assessment of any country, people or government.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into a contract to make any contribution.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, threatening, obscene, or that incites violence or discrimination. We use automated filtering and manual moderation and may remove any content and reverse any associated contribution at our sole discretion.

4. Contributions

Each paid contribution is counted toward the public ranking. The ranking is a display score only — it is not a currency, and amounts contributed cannot be spent, transferred, exchanged for cash or redeemed. All contributions are final once processed, except as set out in our Refund Policy. Contributions are not investments, donations, deposits or gambling, and confer no ownership or financial return.

5. Anonymity & content

The Service is designed to be used anonymously. Do not submit personal data about yourself or others within reviews. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display the content you submit.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Best Country shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
